In twelve sessions and one executive coaching session post-program, you will learn to better understand your current leadership approach, and identify opportunities to improve and grow.

This curriculum will cover:

• The development of leadership styles and social presence. Understanding how we set boundaries and develop resilience. Creating a personal action plan
• The systemic barriers that women experience in work and society. Tools and skills to better navigate bias and barriers. Leaning on our resilience to address challenges. Strategies to increase personal energy and remain focused, positive and engaged.
• Tools and skills to improve your communication skills, conflict management techniques, and emotional intelligence, all of which will elevate your leadership presence.
• The micro-presence missteps that minimize a woman’s presence. Practical tools and strategies that will enable you to ‘Play Bigger’.
• How to develop an inclusive leadership plan shaped by your personal goals and leadership vision. How to lead effective teams.
• How to Network UP to build powerful allies (including a diverse network of women leaders), generate social capital and leverage both effectively.

Participants will engage in individual and group exercises along with personal reflection.  Our 10 virtual interactive sessions allow time for questions, videos, discussions, and engaging narratives. You will also have access individual and peer coaching as our goal is to ensure participants are inspired and motivated about their opportunities and future growth personally and professionally.
