About The Program
This eight-week hybrid program is designed to provide women with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to become influential leaders. We believe women can and should have equal opportunities to succeed in the marketing industry. This program aims to empower women, promote equity, and create a more inclusive workplace.
The CIMMO Women's Leadership Program transformed my perspective on leadership. I learned that leaders can be developed, and the program equipped me with techniques for both soft and technical skills.
